Jost Group confirms that it will continue to cooperate fully with the authorities

Jost Group is extremely pleased and relieved that the investigating judge has allowed Roland Jost as well as the Secretary General of our company to return home, under conditions and surveillance, and thus allowing them to prepare their defence against the allegations made against them.
Last Friday, the Pre-Trial Chamber had already allowed two other executives to return home.
Jost Group firmly refutes once again the allegations and confirms that it will continue to cooperate fully with the authorities.
According to Eric Demonty, who was appointed as CEO last Monday “The whole company is extremely pleased with this decision of the investigating judge. It’s a relief for all of us. We are confident in the outcome of the investigation. We hope Roland and the other people involved can take some rest after this -most probably – extremely shocking event.”
Of course, Eric Demonty remains CEO with full powers for an indefinite period. Roland Jost will resume his managerial duties depending on the ongoing investigation.
